Our normal charge for Adware / Spyware Removal is $45.00. If you're experiencing the following problems your computer probably has one or more programs installed that are running in the background causing these symptoms:

• Slow boot-up.
• Sluggish performance.
• Internet activity when your not loading a web page.
• Any other strange or unexplainable computer activity.
• New icons have appeared in the Taskbar by your clock.
• Pop-up ads when running My Computer or My Documents.
• Pop-up ads when running Internet Explorer or Windows Explorer.
• Computer not responding or locks up.
• Computer seems to take forever to boot-up.
• Anti-virus software is disabled and you didn't do it.

We will notify you before taking this action. You will only be charged for the reload. Not for virus removal and reload.
